Born in 1955, Frank was one of first Chinese entrepreneurs to invest in the real estate industry. Since 2015, Frank has been leading the Board to formulate the overall development strategy for HH Biotech. He was a Director of Shenyang Maryland International Industrial Co., Ltd. in 2008. Prior to that, Frank was the Chief Executive Officer of Great China International Holdings Company since 2005. From 1989 to 2005, He was the Chairman of Shenyang Maryland International Industrial Co., Ltd.

Director Sheng Jiang
Born in 1987, US citizenship,

As the CEO and Director of HH Biotech since September 2016, Sheng has been focusing on executing the Company’s growth strategy. From 2014 to 2016, Sheng was the Investor Relations Director of Great China International Holdings Company. Prior to that, Sheng was an International Marketing Director of Vantage Wines, a US-based wine company. Sheng graduated from University of California Davis in 2009 with a bachelor degree in Political Science. 

September 2016，begin to take the post of director of HH Biotechnology .

Independent director, Chairman of Governance and Nomination Committee    Huang Ying
Born in 1962, US Citizenship, master degree of the business school at the University of Chicago; Founder of Kaiyi Food Co. Ltd., engaged in the study of seed, development of planting base and product processing industry, becoming one of the largest supplier in United States.Ying has been the Independent Director and Chairman of Governance and Nomination Committee of HH Biotech since September 2016. Born in 1962, Ying is the founder of Kaiyi Food Co. Ltd., a supplier in the food industry in United States. Ying is also engaged in botany, plantation development, and the product processing industry. Ying has been the Chairman and President of the US One Bamboo Investment Management Company since 2007. From 2010 to 2012, Ying was the Dean of Business School and a member of the "Think Tank" at University of Chicago. From 1995 to 2014, Ying was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hongkong Far East Group. Ying was also the Chairman of Chairman of the Qingdao Kaiyi Food Co., Ltd., the Chiarman and President of U.S Kaiyi Food Co. Ltd. from 1993 to 2007. In 2005, Ying served as a Spokeswoman for the American Association of Food Seasoning. Ying was also a Honorary Director of University of Chicago from 2010 to 2014. Ying holds a master degree from Business School of University of Chicago.

Independent director, chairman of the audit committee    Zhang Yizhao
Born in 1970, Canadian citizenship, certified public accountant in state of Delaware USA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
In 1992, graduated from the Fudan University of Shanghai, obtained a bachelor's degree in economics;
1993-1999, in charge of investment portfolio management and asset trading in Guangdong Southern Financial Services Co.;
In 2003, obtained master degree of Business Administration and Management from State University of New York at Buffalo U.S.A, majoring in financial analysis and accounting.
At present, serves as independent non-executive director of Kaisa Group Holdings Limited (Hong Kong stock exchange code: 1638) and China Carbon Graphite Group (OTC BB:CHGI);
Once served in China Green Agriculture, Inc., China Education Alliance, Inc., Universal Travel Group , Energroups Holdings Corporation , Asia Media Co.  Ltd, Shengtai Pharmaceutical Inc., Carson International Holdings Co.,  Ltd., China Natural Resources Incorporation and Chinawe Asset Management Corporation as director or in senior position.
June 2016 to now, chairman of Audit Committee and independent director of Great China International Holdings Company.

Secretary of Board of directors  Shuang Li
Shuang has been the Secretary of the Board since September 2016, responsible for HH Biotech's investor relations and administrative management. Prior to that, Shuang was the CEO of Shenyang West Village Business Club & Lounge from 2009 to 2015. From 2003 to 2008, Shuang was a Vice President in  G & G International Distribution Inc. in Toronto, Canada. From 1999 to 2002, Shuang is a Certified Financial Planner in AXA Advisors Financial Group in United States. Shuang holds a master degree from University of Houston in United States.
