In June 2016, HHBT and Shenzhen Jiuao Investment Centre (aka 'Jiuao Investment', wholly owned subsidiary,) and controlled by Beijing Tongchuangjiuding Investment Management Holding Co., Ltd., with its business in the fields of listed company merger and acquisition, investment in real estate and financial institutes, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions) made an investment of 75,000,000 RMB capital in SAAT, HHBC and Jiuao owning 10% equity of SAAT after financing.
